With layered application, the fibers adhere to every lash and lengthen with every swipe while remaining silky-smooth. The smear-resistant, rub-proof, smudge-proof, flake-proof and fast-drying film is a water-based formula that can stay for up to 24 hours.
HOW TO USE
Fit the concave part of the curve of the brush to the root of the eyelashes and apply the liquid to lift the entire eyelashes. After finishing, make the brush vertical, and apply a fibre to the end of the eyelash with the tip.
